	Conference Trade Exhibitors information Page Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at this year's annual conference.
	You automatically become a sponsor of the AAQ if you are an exhibitor.
	Trade exhibits will be in the same room the conference will be in. This way your companies products are always on view and you are right there where the action is.

	The AAQ is a non profit organisation, we do not charge for trade display space! It is free! We believe bringing aquaculture products to our members is a service to our members. You only need to pay normal registration fee. (See the registration page for details. You will pay "associate member" rates) One registration fee per person attending. This will cover the running cost of the workshop and conference, e.g.. venue hire, meals, key presenters expenses, etc. The trade show is in the same hall where the presentations are given. This is a very large room. This way your potential customers are constantly exposed to your products. You will be able to set-up on Friday. You will be able to pack-up on Sunday after the afternoon tea break, provided you are quiet and do NOT disturb the last couple of presentations. Help will be available. What you get. Pretty much as much space as you want, within reason. Tables and chairs provided. Free ad in AAQ Newsletters for next 12 months. Free ad and link on this web site. (See members page & trade show link on conference page.) Free associate (honorary) membership. What do we want from you? You must apply to the conference coordinator and be granted space. Just send an Email to Click to send Email You must pay a registration fee for each person who attends the conference/workshop. If you will not be attending in person the fee is $100. You will need to provide us with electronic text for the web site and newsletter, and web site details. You will be asked to make a donation to the auction on Saturday night. Some exhibitors give their product, some give cash if their product is not appropriate for auction. You can also give gifts such as a bottle of rum. The donations are auctioned and the funds used to operate the association for the next 12 months.
